OUR SERVICES —
Powder coating is the only thing we do. From one item to a thousand, the process is the same: your work is hung, coated and stoved at 200°C for a tough, long-lasting finish.
We work closely with a shot blaster on the same road as us, so work that needs blasting first is easy to sort out.

Our standard colours are RAL codes and BS numbers, and we keep a huge stock of powders. If we don’t have yours, we can get it in for you at your cost.

We can make you a sample if we have the powder. Samples are £5 each, and we provide the plate.
SPECIAL POWDERS —
We can bring in more unusual powders, and we can have a powder matched for you. These only come in 20 or 25kg boxes, we can’t get samples of them, and they take 7 to 10 working days to be made and delivered.

If it doesn’t go through the door, it won’t fit. We must be able to hang your work, so allow for the hooks it hangs from, which are around 10″ long depending on the weight.
PRIMERS —
We have primers to suit different environments and metals. Priming does double the cost, but we highly recommend priming everything that goes outside.
GOOD TO KNOW —
Please send every job in with an order.
We stove all work at 200°C, so we can’t coat wood or plastic.
We can’t coat over wet paint, as it will react.
If metal comes in rusty it needs extra preparation, which is an extra charge. Rust spoils the finish if it isn’t removed.
Minimum order charges apply and can’t be changed.
We can’t always offer price reductions. The process is the same for one item or a thousand, and powders only come in bulk.
Deliveries and collections are arranged by you, unless you’ve agreed otherwise with Nicky or Mia.
We can assemble parts, but please talk to Nicky or Mia first, as the cost depends on the job. We may say no to very big or awkward assembly.
If anything needs packing a certain way, let us know. We can order boxes or bags for you at your cost, or you can have them delivered to us.
Some jobs need a jig made up to hang them in the oven. We’ll talk to you first if yours does.
Extra charges may apply for extra preparation, packing, assembly and extra stoving for big or thick parts.
